This Mission stems from an invitation to dinner at the Trattoria al Cooker in place on the stove Valeggio Mincio.
The acceptance by Luciano, the owner, was warm, the room very nice and full of details that made him look like a home environment.
Board: we started with an appetizer of house made sausages, fried eggs and cooked vegetables. I must say that those who were not a good fork stop there.
At first, needless to say, ravioli, a specialty Valeggio sul Mincio. Delicious meat that is stuffed with pumpkin. In the second I chose lamb chops.
Wine I must say it was a surprise, a delicious home-made barrels of Cabernet that accompanied our dinner, but to marry the sweet Garganega a sweet, always bill at home.
