Bigusto The Army continues the exploration of the dual taste and bring in new recruits! The Eighth
Mission is a classic expedition of discovery to places known only to locals and truck drivers, whose specialty is a great dish in a place similar to home and affordable.
Ottavio, a place lost in the province of Padua (to be precise in Villaguattera to steal), produces dishes of horse, and we recommended by a trusted partner we have not hesitated to taste.
Our choice fell on: Bigoli gnocchi with sauce and horse beans and sage. Food
altogether sober, but in their simplicity, we savored the taste of home cooking, that is a proper use of spices, an appropriate dose to the stomach of those who work and no frills decor and futile.
Bigusto, simple and spartan, but never tasteless!
