With the usual curiosity and confidence in the "natives", the delegation Bigusto had the pleasure of knowing the Circle Anspi Torregarofoli in Tortona. An unusual structure
welcomed us immediately and we enjoyed the informal atmosphere and a friendly welcome.
After being accommodated Nat, our guide in the area, took care to greet the chef and ask for advice on dishes. The menu was tempting, but our decision was wise: fish soup, noodles and lobster skewers in white wine.
Was it the environment, the long journey, the airline or guarantee indigenous peoples, but lunch was really delicious!
