The Feast of the Renga, say no to Renga Party Goddess!
little publicized event in Verona, but rest assured that if you go to find them all.


It 's a festival held every year in Parona, north-west of Verona and celebrates the end of the carnival.
little to say, only lasts a day and throughout the country eaten herring in every shape, and mainly Bigoli with Polenta and Renga Renga, all washed down with wines from the Valpolicella or near White Lake Garda.

A curiosity: in my culinary forays I also found the festival to Sardee Silea (TV) and I told the Feast of the Renga, one of the organizers I promptly replied:

In the splendid setting of Lake Garda, was held on the tasting bench Claret & Bardolino. Lazise and his Venetian Customs hosted journalists and simple admirers of these two wines from ... surely enjoy.


Food Bigusto participating in the press tour was lucky enough to visit some wineries in the area including the basement Giovanna Tantini, which has earned the Bigusto Protection for its philosophy business and the passion that shines through in its products.

The funniest part of this Mission was the drink in a bathrobe and slippers in the pool , and Bardolino and enjoying Chiaretto accompagnadoli with a selection of cheeses de La Casara, of bread baked by the restaurant Leardo Luppi Vecchia Malcesine and tastings lake fish cooked by chefs Prince of the village.
This event, in my opinion, has interpreted
the joyous side of wine-growing area that does not aspire to match the nearby Valpolicella, but want to produce a wine nice and fresh, which can take you to the best appetizers or simple dishes tasty.
